Genie Amir is an associate at HBA. Genie’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters and advising clients in different industries, including fashion, lifestyle and technology. Prior to joining HBA, Genie worked in the New York office of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP practicing in the areas of corporate law and commercial real estate law.
