Mark Pieri

Mark Pieri is an Associate at HBA. Mr. Pieri possesses a broad range of experience in corporate finance, M&A, trademark licensing and commercial matters. Mr. Pieri’s areas of industry practice include media and technology, fashion and lifestyle, sports, and healthcare. Mr. Pieri is also “Outside General Counsel” to several HBA clients.

Prior to joining HBA, Mr. Pieri was an associate solicitor in the Abu Dhabi offices of Simmons & Simmons where he worked in the corporate/commercial group with clients such as BP, Shell and Travelex. Prior to that he worked for Deacons, an Australian law firm, handling mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings (private and public).

Mr. Pieri began his legal practice in 1999 at Bennett & Co. Barristers and Solicitors in Perth, Western Australia, where he was a member of the corporate/commercial practice group working on multi-jurisdictional financings and M&A transactions.

Mr. Pieri is admitted to practice in New York and Western Australia.
