Kelley Smith

Kelley Smith is an Associate at HBA with experience in business and securities litigation, FINRA arbitration, hedge fund offerings, private equity transactions, and lending agreements.

Prior to joining HBA, Ms. Smith was an Associate at Cole-Frieman & Beugelmans, LLP in New York City and an Associate in the corporate department of Winston & Strawn LLP in Chicago.

Ms. Smith is admitted to practice in New York and Illinois and is pending admittance in California.
