HBA is a member of the Council of Fashion Designers of Americaas a corporate affiliate and is the official law firm for this important non-profit trade association.  We represent the CFDA on a pro-bono basis regarding its partnerships, licensing and general corporate matters. We also manage the CFDA’s trademark portfolio and advise it on sophisticated IP matters.
