Andrew Lottman
Andrew Lottman is an Attorney at HBA with a background in complex commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining HBA, Mr. Lottman was an investment banker in the Consumer Products Group at Schroders PLC, and Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel to a venture-backed web-based public transportation initiative.
Mr. Lottman began his legal career with the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in its New York offices with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Many of Mr. Lottman’s notable transactions concerned the entertainment, cable and telecommunications assets of Time Warner and other Paul Weiss clients, as well as private equity investments and divestitures for Robert M. Bass. He also advised on several public and private securities offerings, debt financings, and other capital raising initiatives.
Prior to HBA, Mr. Lottman also operated a rare book and manuscript dealership, an activity that still fills his free time not devoted to his two young daughters.
Mr. Lottman is admitted to practice in New York.
