Alan Baldachin
Alan Baldachin is a Partner at HBA. Mr. Baldachin's practice focuses on media and technology-related matters, with an emphasis on venture capital and private equity financings, joint ventures, and other types of merger and acquisitions activities. Mr. Baldachin also works with clients on an "outside general counsel basis" in connection with ongoing corporate/commercial matters.
Prior to co-founding HBA, Mr. Baldachin was head of legal and business affairs at Sundance Channel, a NYC-based cable network. Mr. Baldachin started his legal career with the New York office of Shearman & Sterling in the areas of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, primarily focused on public-company transactions. He also spent time in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
Mr. Baldachin is admitted to practice in New York and Ontario, Canada.
